We manage travel for all types of groups: schools and educational centres, associations, sports clubs, groups of friends, neighbourhood communities, unions, professional groups and any organisation that wants to travel as a group. If you are more than ten people ready to travel, we can organise it.

We usually work from ten people upwards, although we adapt to each case. For larger groups, pricing terms improve significantly thanks to our agreements with airlines, hotels and destination operators.

Yes. School trips are one of our specialties within the groups area. We manage everything from one-day excursions to national and international end-of-year trips, with all required documentation, specific insurance for minors and support throughout the journey.

It depends on the type of trip and destination, but we usually include round-trip transport, accommodation, destination transfers, a guide or trip leader, travel insurance and support throughout the whole journey. All in a single package with a fixed price from the start.

Yes. We do not work with fixed catalogues. We start from your dates, destination, budget and group profile to design a tailored proposal. A retirees' trip is very different from a student trip or a cultural association getaway, and we manage each one differently.

For domestic travel, destinations such as Andalusia, Galicia, the Mediterranean Coast and the islands account for many requests. For international groups, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Morocco and Eastern European countries are the most popular. We also organise long-haul travel for groups interested in more distant destinations.

Ideally, contact us at least three months in advance, especially for high-season travel or high-demand destinations. For end-of-year school trips, we recommend starting to plan from the beginning of the academic year. The earlier you start, the more options and better prices you get.

All our group trips include travel assistance insurance with medical, cancellation and repatriation cover. For school trips, insurance includes specific cover for minors. If the group needs additional cover, we extend the policy according to the planned activities.

We work with a place reservation system with an initial deposit and the remaining balance paid in agreed instalments before the trip. This makes internal group organisation easier and avoids anyone having to assume the full cost at once. We adapt to each organisation's needs.

We apply the cancellation conditions of the relevant supplier, which vary by destination and lead time. From the moment of booking, we clearly explain deadlines and penalties so each group member can decide with full information. Cancellation insurance covers most common scenarios.
