S7ven is IAG7 Viajes' data intelligence assistant, built into the traveler portal. It lets you ask natural-language questions about your travel program—spend, compliance, savings opportunities—and get actionable answers in seconds, without waiting for a report.

Can you integrate with our ERP or management tools?

Yes. We integrate with leading market systems: Concur, Cytric, Sabre and others. Our technical team analyses each client's current stack and proposes the most efficient integration based on their needs and timelines.

What does corporate travel reporting include?

Our dashboards cover spend by department, traveler and route, travel policy compliance, savings achieved, CO₂ emissions and program trends. All updated in real time and exportable for finance or sustainability teams.

How does self-booking work and what control does the company have?

Travelers book autonomously through the OBT within limits set by the company travel policy. Approval rules, spend caps and supplier preferences are built into the booking flow, with no manual validation needed in every case.

What is duty of care and how does your platform manage it?

Duty of care is the obligation companies have to protect employees when they travel. Our platform offers real-time traceability for every traveler, proactive alerts in risk situations and response protocols so HR or travel management teams can act quickly.

Can you measure CO₂ emissions from our business travel?

Yes. The CO₂ report breaks down emissions by transport type—flights, rail, car hire and accommodation—and cross-references routes, cities and travelers. A key tool for companies with ESG goals or sustainability reporting commitments.

How does e-invoicing work with IAG7 Viajes?

We manage billing centrally, with online access and automatic reconciliation between company card, IAG7 invoices and bank. Finance has full spend visibility without relying on individual receipts from each traveler.

What is the difference between an OBT and a corporate travel management platform?

An OBT (Online Booking Tool) is what travelers use to book within company policy. A corporate travel management platform is the full ecosystem: OBT plus reporting, billing, duty of care and analytics. IAG7 Viajes offers both layers integrated in one environment.

Can we keep our current OBT and connect it to your services?

In many cases, yes. We assess compatibility with your existing OBT and evaluate whether integration is viable or a platform change would add more value. The goal is always to minimise friction for travel teams and travelers, not to impose a tool.

How is travel policy managed within the platform?

Travel policy is configured directly in the system: spend caps by category, preferred suppliers, approval workflows and exceptions. Any policy change applies immediately to all booking flows, with no manual communications needed.

How customisable are reporting dashboards?

Highly. Dashboards are configurable per company, with KPIs tailored to control objectives and user profiles: what a CFO needs to see is not the same as a travel manager or sustainability lead. Each profile has its own view.
