Supplier evaluation criteria
Code of conduct for suppliers — IAG7 Viajes
Annually, the Procurement Department of IAG7 Viajes, in compliance with the requirements established by ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems, performs supplier performance evaluation according to the criteria indicated in General Procedure PG 05 Supplier Evaluation of IAG7 Viajes. Specifically, the following service aspects are assessed:

Evaluation result
Approved: These are suppliers with an evaluation score equal to or greater than 6. They are usually suppliers that provide a certain level of confidence in their product/service for IAG7 Viajes due to a long-standing relationship or excellence in their products/services.
Not approved: They have a score below 6. The supplier is rejected and may not continue providing service to IAG7 Viajes, provided that:
- The absence of such supplier does not affect the client.
- We have the possibility to contract the service with another supplier.
- Management considers it appropriate to continue with their service until they have taken the necessary measures to reduce the risk of incidents and contract conditions are renegotiated.
