Online dispute resolution platform

The European Commission has launched a unique and free platform (ODR) to help consumers and businesses resolve disputes related to transactions and contracts carried out on the Internet. Its creation and development are regulated by EU Regulation 524/2013 of the European Parliament, which in turn is based on legislation on alternative consumer dispute resolution.
