Occupational health and safety policy
In compliance with current legal regulations on Occupational Risk Prevention and in accordance with the principles established in ISO 45001:2023, IAG7 Viajes declares its firm commitment to the safety and health of all persons carrying out activities under its supervision or direction, whether own employees, subcontracted staff or external collaborators.The purpose of this policy is to serve as a reference framework for planning and evaluating preventive performance, as well as to promote a safe, healthy and participatory work culture based on continuous improvement.
Organizational commitment
- Protect the health and safety of all persons carrying out activities for or on behalf of the organization, providing safe and healthy working conditions adapted to the purpose, size, context and inherent risks of the activities we perform.
- Strictly comply with current legislation and regulations on occupational safety and health, as well as with other applicable requirements voluntarily assumed by the organization or derived from agreements with interested parties.
- Establish, maintain and continuously improve an Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OH&S MS), in accordance with ISO 45001:2023 requirements, aimed at hazard elimination and reduction of occupational risks.
- Integrate prevention into all hierarchical and functional levels of the company, including strategic planning, decision-making, work organization and change management, as an essential part of business management.
- Systematically identify and assess hazards and risks, as well as opportunities for improvement in preventive matters, ensuring that prevention plans, risk assessments and corrective measures are up to date and aligned with the company's operational reality.
- Promote consultation, participation and active involvement of workers, fostering environments where they can express their ideas, concerns and proposals regarding safety and health, directly or through their representatives.
- Guarantee staff competence, awareness and ongoing training, ensuring that each person knows their responsibilities and has the necessary knowledge and resources to perform their work safely.
- Require contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and external companies to comply with legal prevention requirements and actively collaborate in preventive management when carrying out tasks under the organization's control or coordination.
- Carry out internal audits, inspections and periodic reviews of the management system to verify its effectiveness, identify deviations and establish corrective and improvement actions as part of the continuous improvement cycle.
- Allocate the human, technical, economic and material resources necessary to ensure the proper development, implementation and maintenance of the OH&S management system.
- Communicate, disseminate and maintain this policy at all levels of the organization, ensuring understanding, application and compliance. This policy will be accessible to all interested parties and periodically reviewed to ensure its suitability and effectiveness.
