In line with our corporate ethics culture, we provide this channel so you can tell us about concerns regarding irregular conduct or behaviour contrary to our principles and values, and ask any questions you may have about internal regulations or our Code of Ethics.
This channel must not be used to:

- Make false or deliberately malicious reports about other people, as only good-faith reports are accepted.
- Submit complaints or claims about IAG7 Viajes services; for this, please use our dedicated claims channel.
